Do you know Jesus?

Do you ever stop to think how many people around you actually know Jesus? We are so hestitant to ask people to come to church, and we need to overcome that. Somewhere, we must come to the understanding that we are in contact with a large number of people every day that may be on a path that is leading them to hell.
Christ wants every single one of us to spread the good news! This job wasn't assigned only to Pastor's. They can't possibly reach the whole world by themselves.
It isn't enough to simply ask "Do you know Jesus" or "Do you attend church anywhere"? A lot of people will respond yes, that they know Jesus because they know who He is. That does not mean they have a personal relationship with Him. Many people attend church, but do not have the personal relationship with Jesus that Christ longs for. Unfortunately, they are missing out on the Glory and the Splendor that Christ has to offer. We have to stop shortchanging the world of the knowledge of God and His Word. People will never move out of bondage, if they do not know the freedom Christ has for them.
As you go about your day, make a choice! Choose to share Christ with at least one person that you encounter today. It doesn't matter when or where. It doesn't matter if it is someone that you know. All that matters, is our obedience to God and His Word. Part of our obedience, is to share the Good News!
Have a marvelously blessed week!

How like God to bring a point home. That is the exact step our group is studying this week, "share this Good News with others". Yeah, it's scary but, oh the joy when someone begins to think about their relationship with God and just what condition it is in. I am becoming more and more excited about my witness to others since I've started working again. I had thought I would find it difficult to be the same kind of Christian I am when around my Christian friends but it really isn't. Mostly because I'm already pretty goofy and to be goofy about Christ is just a natural extension of myself. The ladies I work with are open to letting me share my experiences with Christ and what He has done for me. And if they think I'm weird or don't understand it's OK. Like Paul said, If I'm out of my mind, it is for Christ (or something like that). Thanks for reminding us of our choice to share with someone else the joy of a real relationship with Jesus.
